At RavenDocks, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or damaged product
  • You received the wrong item

Once approved, the item must be shipped back to us. After inspection:

  • You may receive a refund or store credit

3. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements in the following cases:

  • Size issues
  • Not satisfied with the design
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect product delivered

Replacement requests are subject to product availability. If unavailable, store credit or refund will be issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or worn
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

5. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and issue
  2. Share clear images of the product
  3. Our team will review and approve your request
  4. Ship the item back (if required)
  5. Receive your refund/replacement

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
  • In case of defective items, RavenDocks will cover the cost

7. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Amount will be returned via Bank Transfer, Jazzcash, Easypaisa or store credit
